Responsibilities

  • Manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely processing of supplier invoices.
  • Oversee the Accounts Assistant and supplier query resolution.
  • Reconcile and post credit card transactions each month.
  • Coordinate all supplier and expense payment runs.
  • Raise timely invoices to shareholders and manage debtor balances.
