Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• Experience with older people and understanding their needs.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of confidentiality.
• Strong customer care skills.
• Basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenancy advice to residents.
• Promote independent living and signpost to agencies.
• Encourage resident activities.
• Complete compliance tasks and health checks.
• Report and monitor repairs.
• Conduct wellbeing calls via the warden call system.
• Support lettings team in managing vacant flats.
• Cover for other Scheme Managers.
• Manage low level anti-social behaviour.

Skills

Numeracy and literacy equivalent to GCSE Grade C

Experience working with older people

Ability to manage workloads

Knowledge of handling confidential information

Good interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications

Full valid driving licence
