A leading recruitment agency is seeking fantastic Receptionists for temporary roles in London’s top private equity firms. The positions offer the chance to work in fast-paced corporate environments, with responsibilities such as managing office spaces, greeting clients, handling calls and emails, and general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar settings. The roles are fully office-based in London’s West End, offering competitive rates up to £18ph plus holiday pay, along with additional perks like free meals.

We’re looking for fantastic Receptionists to join our temp community and take on exciting opportunities within London’s top private equity firms. If you’re looking for flexibility to work alongside another passion, or the opportunity to grow your experience within the private equity and alternative investments space, temping may be the perfect option for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of office area and meeting rooms
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering calls and emails, friendly first point of call
• General administrative duties

• Potential hourly rate of up to £18ph plus holiday pay

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You’ll be working within some of London’s top private equity firms and these are fast-paced, dynamic environments, so experience within a similar corporate environment is often desired.
