Are you a friendly face with exceptional communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join a dynamic automotive team for a 5-week assignment.

This role is perfect for those looking for Part time temporary work and who can start immediately!

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • General Reception Duties: Greet visitors with a smile and assist them as needed.
  • Transferring Calls on a Switchboard: Manage incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Taking Messages: Ensure all messages are accurately recorded and communicated promptly.
  • Making Tea & Coffee for Clients: Provide that extra touch of hospitality by serving refreshments to our valued clients.

  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!
