• Must hold NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation.
• C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection and BS7671 qualifications (or equivalent) are desirable.
• Desirable to have experience of building services/maintenance/facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all buildings and plant to required levels.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive works.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of associated paperwork.
