Job description

This three-month temporary assignment in Manchester seeks a Temporary Customer Service Representative - Manches to support visa application and renewal processing. Working 37.5 hours weekly on a rota, shifts run 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, plus two to four Saturdays monthly, 8am-4pm. Pay is £13.00-£13.50 hourly, with holiday accrual. The postholder greets applicants, guides them through forms, checks documents and ensures each visit runs smoothly and professionally.

Applicants need a valid DBS certificate, immediate availability, strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable approach when assisting customers face to face.
