Our client is seeking a temporary Customer Service Executive to support the Corporate Banking team. This role involves providing exceptional client service and assisting in the day‑time administration of client needs.

Job Duties
  • Assist in the daily administration of providing excellent client service
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to assist with client instructions, including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits, and corporate actions
  • Facilitate positive cross‑departmental coordination to ensure a highly effective service for clients
  • Provide assistance to team members during busy periods
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant rules, regulations, and bank policies regarding clients
Job Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Experience in any banking role is desirable but not required as training will be provided
