Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Temporary Business Support Administrator. This role will be a key position supporting services in Telford. This is a temporary position but there are opportunities to go permanent for the right candidate.

Day to Day

As a Business Support Officer, you will provide timely and effective support to local services, helping ensure the smooth delivery of business processes. This will include tasks relating to finance, data collection, employee engagement (on-boarding and off-boarding), mobile phone device management and general office administration.

You will be based in a local area office within the region and will be part of a wider Business Support team, reporting to the Regional Business Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting invoicing and purchase orders
  • Raising recharges and journals (e.g. purchases, cash advances, fuel, mileage, lease vehicles)
  • Managing income returns and supporting local banking
  • Credit card and petty cash reconciliation
  • Supporting fundraising income where required
  • Daily office operations such as answering calls, handling emails, managing post
  • Responding to queries and directing them appropriately
  • Welcoming visitors and liaising with contractors
We Are Looking For
  • Previous administration experience with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and experience handling sensitive information and workforce documentation.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Keen to learn new systems and processes, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
