• Deliver a warm and professional reception service for all internal and external clients.
• Greet visitors and clients with a smile, ensuring effective communication across all levels.
• Input client data and manage patient registration processes accurately.
• Undertake various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document management.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure relevant information is readily available for clients.
• Monitor site security, conducting daily walks and checking visitor IDs.
• Liaise with healthcare facilities to assist clients with appointment bookings.
