Overview

Temp Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor – Oxford. My client is recruiting for a time‑served mechanical maintenance supervisor based in Oxford. You will have mechanical qualifications either in plumbing/mechanical or HVAC and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and company policies.
• Manage sub‑contractors, ensuring they are compliant and carry out effective risk assessments.
• Use the CAFM system to ensure PMs and KPIs are met.
• Supervise two direct reports and manage the sub‑contractor workforce, boiler engineer and plumbing activities.
• Collaborate with the client and provide regular reporting to the contract manager.

Requirements

• Time‑served mechanical qualification (plumbing/mechanical or HVAC).
• Proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Details

• Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.
• Contract: 3‑month temporary position.
