Angard Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for Royal Mail's Sunderland site. You will work about 37.5 hours per week at 8:00am–6:30pm, Monday to Saturday, with Saturday work essential. Start date 24/08/2026.

Pay £13.93 per hour on a temporary contract (up to 12 weeks, potential extension). This role requires strong communication, resilience, ability to handle calls and emails, and focus on first-time solutions within service standards.
