Job summary

Angard Staffing is recruiting Customer Service Advisors for Royal Mail's contact centres at Sunderland. The role is temporary for 12 weeks with potential extension. Start date is 14/09/2026, with a 37.5 hour week, 8:00–18:30, Mon–Sat, at Admiral House, Doxford, SR3 3XW.

Training lasts three weeks; no annual leave during that period. Strong English and customer service skills required. Selection focuses on resilience and ability to handle calls and emails.
