Angard Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors at Royal Mail’s Dearne site in Barnsley. The temporary role runs ~12 weeks with a potential extension, starting 14/09/2026 or 05/10/2026, with full-time hours around 37.5 per week between 8:00 and 18:30, Monday to Saturday.

You will provide first-time solutions by phone and email, handle calls, and maintain high service levels in a busy contact centre.

Qualifications

• Experience taking consecutive calls and handling complaints.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands.
• Good level of spoken English and clear communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités
