Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking a resilient Customer Service Advisor for our Milton Keynes site to support Royal Mail contact centres. You will resolve customer queries by phone and email, in a fast-paced environment, using multiple screens and systems.

The role runs on a temporary 12-week basis, with start dates in October/November 2026, paying £13.93 per hour. Training lasts three weeks with no annual leave during this period; typical hours are about 37.5 per week, Mon–Sat, 8:00–18:30, with some

• Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment is desirable.
