Job summary

A well-established international business based in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a temporary Back-Office Administrator. This role involves supporting the service planning team with administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and managing sales orders. Candidates should have experience with SAP or similar systems and be available for flexible working hours. This position offers an hourly rate of £13 to £14, depending on experience, and aims to fill immediately with interviews in December.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Background in administrative roles, ideally in temporary positions.
  • Must be local to Hemel Hempstead or able to travel to Maylands.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Managers to prepare quotations.
  • Create and process sales orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate for accurate order fulfillment.
  • Support with stock management and administrative tasks.
