Telesales / Appointment Maker Executive

Approx. basic £35k + Annual Bonus + Bens.

Office based: Northampton.

Hours - 9am-5pm.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Work with a large database of client contacts to gather names and email addresses to expand our points of contact.
  • Speak with key decision makers to assess current needs.
  • Fact find good quality information with each call.
  • Input data into Excel spreadsheets / CRM/HubSpot system.
  • Work closely with the BDM team supporting them with quotes and other simple tasks as required.
  • Occasionally attend meetings with customers.
  • Email information to new contacts.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up with all communications.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced outbound caller who is used to appointment making.
  • Experienced outbound B2B Telesales professional.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Energetic & self‑motivated.
  • Excellent IT skills including CRM database use, Excel & Outlook.
