Job description

We’re looking for a driven Telesales Executive whose sole focus is opening doors and booking qualified appointments for our Directors to attend. This is not a hard‑sell role. You won’t be closing deals – your success is measured by the quality of appointments you generate.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Making outbound B2B calls to schools, commercial and public sector organisations
  • Identifying decision‑makers (Headteachers, Business Managers, Estates & Facilities leads)
  • Introducing our services professionally and confidently
  • Qualifying interest and booking appointments into Directors’ diaries
  • Updating CRM systems accurately with call outcomes and notes
  • Following up warm leads and nurturing prospects where appropriate
  • Commission paid per qualified appointment attended
  • Enhanced commission for appointments that convert into contracts
  • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
  • Uncapped earning potential – the more quality appointments you generate, the more you earn
