Howdens Joinery is seeking a proactive Business Developer to join the Ilford depot. The role involves speaking to customers by phone and in person, building relationships, and driving new and existing trade business.

You will generate leads, book appointments, and keep the sales pipeline moving in a busy depot environment. You will work closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives, aiming to convert conversations into opportunities and sales.

Formación

• Experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is helpful.
• Strong communication skills on phone and face-to-face.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and hit targets.

Responsabilidades

• Call trade customers to build long-term relationships and grow business.
• Spot inactivity and bring accounts back on track using data.
• Manage a targeted list and hit daily call activity targets.
• Keep up with customer projects to add value and drive repeat business.
• Arrange surveys and appointments for Kitchen Sales Designers.
• Promote products, offers and events to keep customers engaged.
• Assist administration including invoicing and depot tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to hit depot targets and deliver service.
