Telephone Sales Representative – Bristol – Office Based

30K base salary - Realistic OTE 45K-60K (Uncapped Commission)

We are recruiting for an experienced B2C business development professional to work on behalf of a rapidly growing provider of mobility scooters and recliner beds. They have an excellent reputation and very high Trustpilot score, and operate in a highly ethical and customer-centric manner.

The position revolves around following up on website enquiries and dealing with incoming leads - there is no pure cold calling involved.

You\'ll need to be comfortable making 50/60 outbound calls a day, arranging appointments for field sales professionals to visit customers in their own home.

Uncapped commission with the potential to earn 1.5K - 3.5K a month on top of your basic salary

As a Business Development Manager, (the official job title for this position), you\'ll play a key role in expanding the company\'s reach and helping more people regain their mobility. You\'ll focus on identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential customers, and turning leads into lasting partnerships. Every day, you\'ll be helping individuals regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads; present and explain the products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, proactively seeking and nurturing leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Send brochures, follow up on leads, and manage customer interactions.
  • Adjust appointment schedules as needed, including rescheduling appointments for reps running late or requiring reappointment.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
