Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead and grow the Partner Assistance team within the Acquisition, Onboarding and Service domain. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives like the Partner AI Voice Agent and Chatbot migration, coordinating integrations across CRM and telephony systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and developing engineering teams focused on AI/Chatbot platforms and Event Driven Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling API integrations (Zendesk, CRM systems, internal platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality software projects and driving engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI initiatives, including Partner AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant Chatbot.
• Coordinate complex API integrations across internal, third-party, CRM, and telephony systems.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders and engineering/QA squads; foster cross-functional collaboration.
