Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead and grow the Partner Assistance team in the Acquisition, Onboarding and Service domain. You will oversee end-to-end technical delivery of three major AI initiatives and coordinate complex integrations across internal and third-party systems.

You'll drive technical direction, quality and execution, mentor engineers, and work with Product Managers to shape features while ensuring production readiness and delivery excellence across

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/Chatbot platforms teams.
• Proven API integration delivery with Zendesk/CRM.
• Experience with AWS or cloud providers.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Desire to coach engineers and drive high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Partner AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant (Chatbot).
• Manage strategic migration of the Chatbot to an internal solution across key global markets.
• Coordinate complex integrations across internal and external systems.
• Act as liaison between stakeholder teams and engineering/QA squads.
• Define significant product features with workshops with engineering teams and Product Managers.
• Define and communicate a technical roadmap with Senior Technology Manager.
• Help develop engineers and guide their career progression.
• Prioritize work with stakeholders to align with business needs.
• Own streams from requirements to production support.
• Propose and implement improvements to processes and engineering practices.
• Track progress and transparently report to teams and Senior Engineering Manager.
• Deploy and support changes in production and ensure reliability.
• Communicate progress and ideas with teams.
