Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead and grow the Partner Assistance team within Acquisition, Onboarding and Service. You will oversee end-to-end technical delivery for AI Voice Agent and Partner Chatbot, coordinating complex integrations and driving strategic migration to internal solutions across key markets.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), and a proven ability to coach engineers in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/Chatbot platforms and event-driven architectures.
• Proven track record in API integrations with enterprise tools.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and cloud-native design.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and coaching mindset.
• Ability to drive high-performance culture in engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of Partner AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant projects.
• Oversee strategic migration of the Chatbot to an internal solution.
• Coordinate complex integrations across internal and external systems.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between stakeholders and engineering/QA.
• Contribute to feature definitions and workshops with Product managers.
• Define and communicate a technical roadmap with peers and SMT.
• Help engineers set goals and guide their career development.
• Prioritise work with stakeholders in line with commercial strategy.
• Own streams of work from requirements to production support.
• Propose and implement process and design improvements.
• Track progress and transparently report to teams and SMT.
• Deploy and support changes in production and validate outcomes.
• Communicate progress and ideas across teams and leadership.
