Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com seeks a Technology Manager to lead the Partner Assistance team within Acquisition, Onboarding and Service. You will drive end-to-end delivery of AI Voice Agent and Partner Chatbot initiatives, coordinate complex integrations, and act as the main technical liaison across teams while shaping a robust technical roadmap.

You will mentor engineers, align priorities with stakeholders, and ensure production-ready implementations that enhance partner and customer experiences

Qualifications

• Leads and develops teams working with AI/Chatbot platforms.
• Experience with API integrations and system exposure to Zendesk/CRM.
• Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of Partner AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant.
• Manage strategic migration of the Chatbot to an internal solution across markets.
• Coordinate complex integrations across internal and external systems.
• Act as primary technical liaison between stakeholders and engineering/QA squads.
• Contribute to product feature definitions and workshops with Product Managers.
• Define technical roadmap with Senior Technology Manager and peers.
• Coach engineers to drive high-performance culture and growth.
• Prioritise domain work with stakeholders in line with commercial needs.
• Own streams of work from requirements to production support.
• Propose and implement process improvements in engineering practices.
