Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the Partner Assistance team within Acquisition, Onboarding and Service. You will drive end-to-end technical delivery of AI Voice Agent and Partner Chatbot initiatives across global markets.

You will oversee complex system integrations, coordinate with stakeholders, and help define a technical roadmap while coaching engineers toward high performance in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/Chatbot platforms with event-driven architecture.
• Proven track record in API integrations (Zendesk, CRM systems).
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Delivering high-quality software projects and coaching engineers in a Scrum/Kanban environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Partner AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant initiatives.
• Coordinate complex integrations across internal and external systems.
• Act as technical liaison between stakeholder teams and engineering/QA squads.
