  • Support the development of reusable use cases and reference architectures tailored to pharma industry needs.
  • Work closely with sales and pursuit teams to develop proposals and guide customer decision-making.
  • Lead the design and integration of IT/OT architecture across all project phases, including Siemens and non-Siemens technologies, and act as the central contact for technical topics, ensuring alignment with pharma-specific processes and compliance standards.
  • Review and validate functional and technical designs, test strategies, and deployment concepts.
  • Manage change requests by assessing impacts and proposing viable solutions.
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of the pharma technology stack, including IT systems (MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, data lakes, analytics) and OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, historian databases, edge computing).

  • Collaborate with consulting, offering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from bid to execution and build internal knowledge around pharma technologies and standards.
  • Engage with ecosystem partners to co-develop and integrate complementary solutions.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree, ideally in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; additional relevance is an asset but not mandatory; 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, or consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
