A leading health insurer in Manchester is seeking a Technology Change Manager to drive key technology change initiatives. You'll lead multiple strategic programmes affecting People, Procurement, and Property technology landscapes. Candidates must have strong experience in ERP systems, Agile methodologies, and exceptional stakeholder management. Technology Change Manager – Location: Manchester, Salford Quays. Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits. Flexible working: Hybrid, with team days in office typically on Thursdays.

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Technology Change Manager to lead some of the most high-impact programmes across our People, Procurement and Property (PPP) technology landscape. This is not a project manager role, it’s a senior change leadership position where you’ll own and drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes that transform how our people experience technology.
You’ll be at the heart of our digital evolution, leading initiatives like Workday deployments, digital experience rollouts, and wider systems change. You’ll manage a portfolio of programmes, and be responsible for senior stakeholder engagement, governance, and adoption strategies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring change lands well and delivers real value.
