  • Carry out daily checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on all attractions.
  • Diagnose and repair faults with all attractions within the venue.
  • Support the setup and testing of new equipment and systems.
  • Respond to breakdowns ensuring quick resolution.
  • Assist with general venue maintenance including lighting and plumbing.

Job description

As a Technician, you will be responsible for the technical upkeep of our entertainment attractions and facilities. This includes troubleshooting arcade and gaming machines, maintaining bowling and laser tag systems, responding to operational faults, and supporting general venue maintenance. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring all attractions are fully operational, safe, and guest-ready at all times.,

  • Carry out daily checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on all attractions and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults with all attractions within venue
  • Support the setup, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems
  • Respond to breakdowns and ensure quick, safe resolution with minimal disruption to guests
  • Assist with general venue maintenance including lighting, basic plumbing, and fixture repairs
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and comply with health & safety regulations
  • Work closely with the operations team to support smooth daily running of the centre

    Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role within a leisure, entertainment, or hospitality setting preferred

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical repairs (formal qualifications desirable but not essential)
  • Comfortable working with tools and following safety procedures
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
