Technical Training Specialist Location: Crawley, UK | Salary: £70,000 p.a. | Travel Required

Are you a skilled technical trainer with a passion for empowering others? We are seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality, engaging training to Field Service Engineers and distributor personnel worldwide. You will ensure learners are confident in installing, maintaining, and supporting advanced medical equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver in-person training at our Crawley centre, third-party locations, and online.
  • Adapt training for diverse technical skill levels and language proficiencies.
  • Provide feedback, support learner development, and maintain training equipment.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and First Line Support to stay current on product updates.
  • Travel to deliver on-site sessions.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven technical training experience, ideally in medical or engineering equipment.
  • Strong technical background (electronics, mechanical, or biomedical engineering).
  • Recognised training qualification desirable (e.g., Train the Trainer, CIPD).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, in-person and online.
  • Adaptability, organisation, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly.

  • Salary: £70,000 gross per annum, paid monthly.
