Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club's Technology Team is expanding, and this Technical Support Engineer will be based at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. You will deliver end-user IT support to players, coaches and staff, ensuring critical systems stay available in a fast-paced sporting environment.

You will support Microsoft 365, end-user devices, identity management and networking, handling incidents end-to-end across Windows and Apple platforms, and contributing to projects, documentation and knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Desk or end-user support environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint technologies and networking.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for end-user technology across Windows and Apple devices.
• Maintain secure, compliant, well-managed technology services and resolve incidents end-to-end.
• Contribute to technology projects, knowledge sharing and documentation.
