Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology team across Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath and London Office. You will monitor, maintain and enhance the Club’s core technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance and security for day-to-day operations on and off the pitch.

The role requires hands-on experience in networking, Windows environments and identity platforms, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchdays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the Club’s core infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance and security across locations.
• Support infrastructure projects, platform upgrades and service improvements.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and handle incident resolution to minimise disruption.
