Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL principles and common networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end-user IT support and incident ownership.
• Support Microsoft 365, end-user devices and collaboration tools across Windows and Apple.
• Assist with identity and access management, security and documentation.
