Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club Limited - Admin is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Technology Team at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support in a Service Desk or end-user environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint devices and identity management.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support for end-user technology and services.
• Manage incidents and requests through to resolution for Windows and Apple environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, device management and networking in a fast-paced setting.
