Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and enhance our technology backbone across Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath, and other locations. You will manage networks, servers, storage and cloud services, ensuring reliability, performance and security to support club operations.

You will work with IT, Information Security and external partners, contributing to projects, upgrades and secure configurations while documenting changes and maintaining a resilient environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support or infrastructure role is essential.
• Solid networking fundamentals and familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience supporting Windows environments and identity platforms such as Active Directory and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the Club's core technology infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Support networking, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPNs, servers, storage and cloud services.
• Assist with security practices, incident response and documentation.
