Aston Villa Football Club Limited is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and enhance the Club’s core technology infrastructure across Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath, and London Office. You will ensure reliability, performance, and security of networks, servers, storage, backups, and identity services.

Key focus areas include Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Microsoft technologies.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and manage competing priorities in a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain core infrastructure across multiple Club sites.
• Support platform upgrades, security patches and service improvements.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Assist in vulnerability remediation and incident response when required.
