Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Location: Fully remote

Are you experienced in supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a leading software company whose products are used by notable organizations, including NASA.

In this role, you will provide technical support for the client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for clients
• Demonstrating expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400 support
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues

Technical requirements:
