Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a leading software company used by organizations including NASA. You will provide technical support for their environment, working on Linux and Windows servers.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Representing our client as the first point of contact
• Helping customers with IBM iSeries or AS/400 expertise
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues

Technical requirements:
