Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA. They develop software used worldwide.

Your role will involve providing technical support for their environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Representing our client as the first point of contact
• Assisting customers with expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues

Technical requirements:

• 5+ years in tech support
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies
