Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Fully remote

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a leading software company, with clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Representing our client as the first point of contact
• Helping customers by demonstrating your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues

Required skills:

• 5+ years in tech support
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies
