Are you experienced in supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a leading software company, known for clients such as NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

In this role, you will provide technical support for the client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Representing our client as the first point of contact
• Assisting customers with your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues

Required skills:

• 5+ years in tech support
