This hybrid role involves supporting client-side projects across a large Windows estate, ensuring technical solutions are effective and compliant. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Windows environments, hands-on experience with desktop deployment, and skills in Active Directory, Intune, and SCCM.

Purpose of the role:

As Technical Solutions Lead you will support the delivering of client-side projects across a large Windows estate. You will work on multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring technical solutions are tested, compliant, and successfully adopted by end users.

What you\'ll do:

• Support project delivery across multiple workstreams within the Windows client estate.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
• Oversee and manage testing activities.
• Ensure the client estate runs efficiently and securely.
• Engage with end users to drive successful solution adoption.

The skills you\'ll need:

• Strong Wintel background and proven track record in managing and delivering solutions within Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and optimising Windows desktops to ensure security, compliance, and user experience.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with SCCM.
