Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach / Trainer in Electrical. Join our Slough & Langley College campus on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Provide essential skills coaching and mentoring to apprentices within the Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. Deliver classroom-based training to help apprentices excel in end‑point assessments.

Qualifications

Level 3 electrical installation qualifications: City & Guilds 8202, 2365, 2330 or 2360. 18th Edition & AM2/AM2S alongside an A1 / CAVA certificate. Experience of teaching in a classroom environment is essential. Holding or working towards a recognised teaching qualification is required.
