Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Electrical

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a dedicated Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Electrical to join the team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a full‑time, permanent basis.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. This full‑time, permanent role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring in a classroom/college‑based setting to help apprentices excel in their end‑point assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach apprentices within the Electrical Apprenticeship Programme.
  • Deliver classroom‑based training and support to help apprentices achieve their end‑point assessments.
  • Collaborate with employers and college staff to support apprentice development.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 electrical installation qualifications: City & Guilds 8202, 2365, 2330 or 2360.
  • 18th Edition & AM2 / AM2S and an A1/CAVA certificate.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work toward a recognised teaching qualification within a reasonable time frame.
  • Experience of teaching in a classroom environment.
