Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Services Clerical Assistant in Gateshead. The role requires promoting service visions and supporting line management in achieving departmental objectives.   • Identify and suggest potential improvements.
  • Represent the department at meetings and events; take minutes when required.
  • Support diary management and activities for line management.
  • Assist colleagues as needed.
  • Attend training courses as necessary.
  • Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
