Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Office based in South UK, Global coverage.

The Role

• Act as a key point of contact for clients worldwide, providing expert pre- and post-sales advice.
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding and interpreting customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for burners, boilers, and spares, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Promote the company product range and support the development of new Tech-Centres in designated regions.
• Collaborate daily with the Sales Director and Technical Director.
• Provide technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support.
• Liaise with the engineering team and maintain marketing materials such as brochures and price lists.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in technical sales or engineering.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.
• Proactive, flexible, and a team player with a “can-do” attitude.
