Integral Cooling Technologies | Industrial Refrigeration Division is seeking a Technical Sales Manager in Greater Manchester to lead major industrial bids from concept to compliant tender. This is a technically driven role, owning the bid and applying rigorous cost and lifecycle thinking.

You will shape practical, cost‑efficient solutions, manage a multi‑discipline bid team, and present compelling submissions to win work with healthy margins.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration bid environment.
• Proven track record leading bids from concept through tender to award.
• Experience with formal design review gates and contract reviews.
• Commercial negotiation at senior client level (price, scope, terms).
• Ability to develop concept designs and perform heat load/duty calculations.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior end users and contractors.
• Turn briefs into solutions including system architecture and cost model.
• Own the tender process and defend at client reviews.
• Ensure compliance with BS EN 378, PED, DSEAR, F-Gas, and related regs.
• Lead bid team across design, estimating, procurement, delivery, and finance.
• Handover to Contracts/PM team on award and maintain accountability.
