Job summary

Integral Cooling Technologies | Industrial Refrigeration Division in the UK seeks a Technical Sales Manager to own major bids from concept to tender for food manufacturing, cold storage and logistics sectors. You will build relationships, interrogate briefs, and shape practical, cost‑efficient schemes that win with strong margins.

The role demands formal bid leadership, governance through design reviews, and clear cost models.

Qualifications

• Extensive UK industrial refrigeration bid experience.
• Proven bid leadership with £500k–£6m opportunities.
• Experience from concept through tender to award.
• Knowledge of BS EN 378 and related regs.
• Strong client negotiation and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior relationships.
• Turn briefs into cost‑effective concept schemes.
• Own the tender and write precise scopes.
• Ensure compliance with BS EN 378, PED and related regs.
• Coordinate design, estimating, procurement, delivery, finance and legal.
• Lead bid support and mentor a Bid resource.
• Handover to Contracts/Project Management on award.
