Integral Cooling Technologies is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for industrial refrigeration bids across Greater Manchester. You will own the bid from brief to award, shaping practical, cost-efficient solutions and presenting tenders that win work with healthy margins.

The role demands leadership of the sales phase, strong technical knowledge, and experience with BS EN 378 and related safety regs. Travel across the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration.
• Proven bid leadership with £500k–£6m orders.
• Experience from concept design to tender submission and award.
• Knowledge of BS EN 378, PED, DSEAR, F-Gas.
• Ammonia-plant knowledge and two-stage systems.
• Strong cost modelling and contract risk understanding.
• Experience managing at least one bid resource.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior relationships.
• Turn briefs into practical, cost-efficient concepts.
• Own the tender and build a traceable cost model.
• Ensure compliance to BS EN 378, PED, CDM 2015, DSEAR, F-Gas rules.
• Coordinate cross-function teams to a single programme.
• Lead bid support and develop output quality.
• Handover to Contracts/PM after award and ensure accuracy.
