Job summary

Integral Cooling Technologies | Industrial Refrigeration Division is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead major bids from concept to tender in Leeds. You will own the bid, shape practical, cost-efficient solutions, and present submissions that win work at a sustainable margin.

The role requires leading bids £500k–£6m, with deep knowledge of refrigeration, energy, and safety standards. You will coordinate design, estimating, procurement and legal teams across projects.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration.
• Proven record of leading bids in £500k–£6m range.
• Experience leading sales phase from concept design to tender submission and award.
• Experience with design review gates and contract review.
• Commercial negotiation at senior client level.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior relationships.
• Turn briefs into concept schemes and cost-efficient solutions.
• Own the tender, cost model, and exclusions/clarifications.
• Ensure compliance (BS EN 378, PED, CDM 2015, DSEAR, GB F-Gas, COMAH).
• Lead cross-functional bid teams and provide bid support.
