This role covers food manufacturing, cold storage and logistics, and process/beverage sectors. Expect rigorous bid/no-bid assessment and full responsibility for the tender lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration.
• Proven track record leading bids in £500k–£6m ranges.
• Experience taking sales from concept to tender submission and award.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior stakeholders.
• Turn briefs into technically robust, cost-conscious schemes.
• Own the tender process and write precise scopes and exclusions.
• Ensure offers are compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver bids on time.
