Integral Cooling Technologies, Industrial Refrigeration Division, seeks a Technical Sales Manager to own major bids in London and beyond. You will lead the bid from initial brief through to compliant, cost-efficient tender submissions.

You will interpret client briefs, design practical solutions, build a detailed cost model, and defend the tender at review stages. It is a high-responsibility, technical sales role with significant client exposure and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration.
• Proven track record of leading bids and winning orders in the £500k–£6m range.
• Commercial negotiation experience at senior client level (price, scope, programme, terms).
• Experience delivering concept designs to tender submission and award.
• Knowledge of BS EN 378 and Pressure Equipment Regulations; DSEAR, CDM 2015, F-Gas.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior client relationships.
• Turn briefs into cost-efficient, compliant solutions for tender submissions.
• Own the tender process from bid programme to final submission.
• Ensure compliance at bid stage with relevant standards and regs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor bid-support resources.
• Handover to Contracts/PM team on award and maintain accountability.
